Sanity Group aims to improve the quality of life for people in Europe through the meaningful use of cannabinoids. We believe that there’s a lot of untapped potential in nature that can contribute to a healthier way of life for many people. In addition to medicine, our focus is also on cannabinoid-based wellbeing and cosmetic products. In parallel, Sanity Group is also working and researching new medical products, innovative dosage forms and technological products & services to further develop the cannabis industry.

Our mission is to help unlock the full potential of the cannabis plant and its ingredients in order to make them accessible for people.

We are looking for Agile Coaches to extend our network and pool for future projects on a freelance base: 

YOUR TERRAIN

  • You analyze the status quo of our current agile management processes across functional business teams and different projects teams and derive recommendations for optimization
  • You develop a strategy on how agile methodologies can be adapted to the needs of our business teams and you support the teams with the implementation and optimization of their agile working methods 
  • You participate in the agile sessions and assist the teams in analyzing and resolving issues to achieve milestones
  • You train our remaining and new employees in agile practices, roles, responsibilities and possible frameworks 
  • You continuously enforce knowledge transfer with others and share your best practices
  • You foster an agile mindset across the organization by coaching, guiding and challenging teams based on our agile principles
  • You promote communication and play a central role in conflict management

HOW YOU CONVINCE US

  • You can identify yourself with our mission to revolutionize the European cannabis market and want to make your contribution
  • You have hands-on experience as an Agile Coach dealing with project management methods within business teams in a diverse and fast growing work environment 
  • You have a profound knowledge of agile methods and you are experienced in adapting them into the specific needs of non-tech organizations taking (cross-) functional business teams and their different demands into consideration
  • You have excellent analytical and communicative skills, are able to build bridges and at the same time moderate and point out very precise solutions
  • You are able to build trust and resolve conflict effectively
  • You get things done even in complex and ambiguous environments
  • You are fluent in English and German
  • Your high level of social competence, moderation skills and empathy with a strong ability to convince completes your profile

Sanity Group was founded in 2018 by Finn Age Hänsel and Fabian Friede. The company now employs a team of over 90 employees in Germany at its headquarters in Berlin and its production facility near Frankfurt am Main. Sanity Group brands include Vayamed (pharmaceuticals), Sanity Science (research and production), Belfry Medical (medical devices), VAAY (CBD products) and This Place (natural cosmetics). The company is supported strategically and financially by venture capital companies such as HV Capital as well as by various business angels such as music producer Will.i.am, TV entertainer Klaas Heufer-Umlauf, football player Mario Götze and model Stefanie Giesinger.
