  • You will be part of the marketing team reporting directly to the marketing team lead as well as leading your own online marketing team which includes Performance and Affiliate 
  • You design, lead and deliver the online Marketing strategies for our different brands VAAY and This Place in the DACH and UK market including paid social (e.g. Facebook, Instagram, Linkedin, Twitter, etc.), Native and Display campaigns as well as paid and generic search (e.g. Google, Youtube, etc.) and Affiliate
  • You develop ideas and evaluate methods to increase traffic to our websites by running A/B tests across different platforms
  • You ensure that proper tracking is in place for all campaigns and landing page by setting up and sharing Analytics dashboards with the team
  • You analyze campaigns and implement improvements to optimize the campaigns, ads, assets and landing pages together with cross-functional teams (Brand, Social Media, Content, Design)
  • You are responsible for the overall online marketing reporting and share trends, insights and growth opportunities with the team and relevant stakeholders


  • You can identify yourself with our mission to revolutionize the European cannabis market and want to make your contribution
  • You have successfully completed your studies and gained min. 5 years professional experience in a leading online / performanced-based marketing role including management responsibilities
  • You can demonstrate profound Growth Hacking knowledge and hands-on experience in designing and implementing successful digital marketing campaigns 
  • You have in-depth knowledge of different digital marketing channels, experience with best practices and online marketing tools like Facebook Ads Manager, Google Ads Display, Youtube,  as well as native advertising platforms ( e.g. Taboola, Outbrain, etc.) 
  • You are a data-driven personality and experienced with web analytics tools (e.g. Google Analytics, GoogleData Studio, Tableau etc.) and you have the ability to set up your own web trackings with Google Tag Manager 
  • You have strong excel skills and you are able to import performance numbers on channel level for analysis and reportings 
  • You have an analytical mind, you are a team worker and a high degree of initiative characterize you 
  • You have excellent oral and written German skills and good English communication skills

VAAY, for example, stands for CBD and hemp-based products to promote mindfulness, balance and well-being as part of a healthy lifestyle; This Place is the functional natural cosmetics brand with natural wellness and beauty products. Our goal is to harness the full potential of the cannabis plant and to explore and harness more cannabinoids other than CBD in the future.
