We are looking for a Performance Marketing Manager that will play a key role in the Marketing Team, reporting directly to the Head of Marketing.


  • You will build, manage, optimize and scale our customer acquisition, retention and retargeting initiatives via SEA, Programmatic Display, Native (Taboola, Outbrain) and Paid Social Media (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, Pinterest) in DACH region and the UK
  • You will manage budgets and campaigns across all performance channels to drive strong customer acquisition at efficient CPO/CAC levels for 3 of our brands 
  • You will identify and test new performance channels to further expand our digital marketing presence and relevancy within the industry 
  • You will work closely with our CRO Expert to share funnel conversion improvement and optimization ideas, feedback & present results for your channels
  • You develop ideas and evaluate methods to increase traffic and efficiency through our websites by running A/B tests across different performance platforms
  • You ensure that proper channel tracking is correctly implemented for all campaigns and work closely with our BI Manager to set up analytics dashboards and multi-channel attribution for all performance channels
  • You analyse data and implement optimization improvements across campaigns, ads, assets and landing pages together with cross-functional teams (Brand, Social Media, Content, Design)
  • You prepare performance marketing reportings and share trends, insights and growth opportunities with the team and relevant stakeholders


  • You can identify yourself with our mission to revolutionize the European cannabis market and want to make your contribution
  • You have successfully completed your studies and gained professional experience in a performanced-based marketing role 
  • You can demonstrate profound Growth Hacking knowledge and hands-on experience in designing and implementing successful digital marketing campaigns 
  • You have in-depth knowledge of different digital marketing channels, implementing best practices using Facebook Ads Manager, Google Ads Display, Google Adwords, Criteo, Outbrain, Taboola, and Youtube
  • You love data, you are comfortable with multi-channel attribution and experienced with web analytics tools (e.g. Google Analytics, GoogleData Studio, Tableau etc.) and you have the ability to set up your own web tracking parameters using Google Tag Manager 
  • You have strong excel skills and you are able to import performance numbers on channel level for analysis and reportings 
  • You have an analytical mind, you are a team player with a high degree of self-driven initiative and entrepreneurialism 
  • You can speak and write fluently German and English
