Merger & Acquisitions are part of our strategy to expand the Sanity Group into Europe's leading cannabis company. Our approach is to grow simultaneously in three verticals: medical, consumer health and recreational products. We do this by opening new and increasing the market position in existing markets.
We are currently hiring our first Director M&A to shape our strategy, execute on the plans and be a driving force in our growth.
You challenge, refine, and align our M&A strategy, criteria, and target landscape.
You evaluate opportunities rigorously whilst building trustful relationships with target companies.
You oversee determining valuations with the seller, protect our interest and parameters of the negotiations, manage the communication and decision-making process.
You manage the Due Diligence process to the point of binding offers, navigate the deal dynamic and recognize synergy and integration potential.
Your ambition is to find the best offer, execute on closing and a structured financing concept.

You can prove multiple years of experience and tenacity in buy-side M&A processes
You possess knowledge of all particularities of M&A transactions - from finance, taxation, legal and business perspectives
You show profound negotiation skills combined with integrity

Sanity Group was founded in 2018 by seasoned entrepreneurs Finn Age Hänsel and Fabian Friede.
We are a team of +120 employees in Germany at its HQ in Berlin, and its production facility near Frankfurt am Main.
