As Belfry Medical creates our medical device system for the safe and reliable delivery of medicinal cannabis, we are looking for an ASSOCIATE PRODUCT MANAGER (F/M/D) to join the interdisciplinary team to deeply understand our problem space and challenges, get the team excited about what we’re building and drive the product experience from prototype to perfect and clean execution.

YOUR TERRAIN

• Contribute to the product vision and strategy and then drive its execution

• Scope, size and prioritize work across product discovery, delivery and beyond

• Connect with customers (patients, physicians and pharmacists) on a regular basis to obtain insights and feedback

• Balance business, technical and customer needs using a holistic and evidence-based approach to decision making

• Facilitating cross-functional conversations and collaborations between product development, regulatory and quality

• Collaborate to set clear objectives and key results for the product

HOW TO CONVINCE US

• You can identify yourself with our mission to revolutionize the European cannabis market and want to make your contribution

• You’ve 1-2 years work experience in product management or product development

• You’re used to working with engineering and design teams and can talk about how to best solve problems

• You’re used to working across multiple disciplines - experience with quality, regulatory and clinical teams would be ideal

• You’re passionate about user-centered design and creating better health outcomes for patients

• You’re naturally collaborative and, able to give and take feedback constructively

• You’re able to navigate technical and business communications to make informed product decisions

• Your language: English (Fluent) German (desirable)
