HEAD OF SALES/ KEY ACCOUNT MANAGER (F/M/D)

Sanity Group's Cannabidiol business unit focuses on the development and distribution of wellness products. Products in this segment contain non-psychoactive ingredients derived from the hemp plant. Generally interesting for us are a number of categories in the consumer segment, such as dietary supplements, cosmetics, food & beverages as well as products in the eLiquids/Vaporizer segment. We work to the highest quality standards and focus on natural ingredients.

YOUR TERRAIN

  • You will be directly involved in the further expansion of a Sanity Group division and will work in close coordination with the managing director 
  • You are responsible for hiring, leading and developing the sales team
  • You establish secure, strategic and scalable processes and best practices to maximize conversion from prospects to leads
  • You guarantee full satisfaction for our customers and identify upselling potential
  • You create professional sales materials, guidelines and training material for your sales team
  • You have the professional responsibility for compliance with all regulatory requirements
  • You develop and maintain new distribution channels, and coordinate as an interface to the marketing team
  • You translate strategic goals into operational plans, recognize dependencies and interactions with adjacent areas, and thus ensure sustainable growth
  • You always keep an eye on the efficiency of the operative implementation - but don't lose sight of the effectiveness and the big picture either
  • You will work actively on strategic issues through quantitative and qualitative analyses and present your findings to the team and management 

HOW YOU CONVINCE US

  • You can identify yourself with our mission to revolutionize the European cannabis market and want to make your contribution
  • You have 5+ years of experience in B2B Sales / Business Development ideally in the food and beverage industry
  • You bring leadership skills, negotiating skills, and communication skills to the team
  • You also obtained experience in project management, forecasting and reporting
  • You possess general knowledge of supply chain processes, incl. cross-border shipments, customs handling etc.
  • Your German skills are close to mother tongue niveau and you are fluent in English
