YOUR TERRAIN

  • You will be directly involved in the further expansion of Sanity Group’s new business areas in the context of medicinal cannabis, medical applications of cannabinoids, consumer products based on cannabinoids such as CBD and other innovative areas for the German and European market
  • You identify emerging business opportunities and evaluate them from a scientific and strategic perspective - quantitatively, as well as qualitatively
  • You conduct integrated market and competitor research, run business cases and analyse the profitability through relevant KPIs 
  • You recognize dependencies and interactions with adjacent areas, and thus ensure identified growth opportunities are sustainable 
  • You present your work to the management team, therefore creating the foundation for business decisions
  • You translate strategic goals into operational plans for the teams and strategically guide the implementation - potentially supporting or leading operational execution as well

HOW YOU CONVINCE US

  • You can identify yourself with our mission to revolutionize the European cannabis market and want to make your contribution
  • You have a business, natural sciences, medical or engineering related degree 
  • You got at least 2 years work experience in a strategic or consultative function, ideally in markets that are driven by scientific research and complex regulatory environments, such as the pharma, digital health or food industry 
  • You never lose sight of the bigger picture and understand business objectives, challenges and opportunities of targeted markets and industries 
  • You have strong analytical skills and you always work in a profound and detail-orientated way 
  • You are not deterred by very dynamic market environments and a frequent lack of reliable information - on the contrary, through a hands-on mentality and innovative thinking you navigate these situations reliably
  • You have remarkable interpersonal, communication and presentation skills that encompass clear and compelling communications
  • You are familiar with market research approaches and sources and can summarize your findings and recommendations in a concise and comprehensible manner in order to present them to major stakeholders 
  • You bring in an entrepreneurial spirit and you take ownership and responsibility 
  • You are fluent in English, German is a plus
