Sanity Group wants to build the next generation wellbeing and lifestyle products for the premium mainstream in Europe. Our aim is to unlock the potential of cannabinoids for peoples’ health and wellbeing. While our other BUs within Sanity Group look into more medical applications of cannabinoids, our consumer business focuses on the development and distribution of wellbeing products based on cannabinoids such as CBD and other innovative ingredients. Today, the unit consists of two brands, VAAY which has a modern lifestyle approach focusing on products in multiple categories, such as cosmetics, aromatherapy pens, nutritional supplements as well as food and beverages. On the other hand, we are currently developing a new brand focusing on more functional needs that can be solved by cannabinoids. 

We are currently looking for a Brand owner who is responsible for the further brand development of VAAY: 


  • You develop and set up the brand vision and business strategies in cooperation with our Managing Director in order to become Europe’s most aspirational and most wanted brand in the consumer sector focused on cannabinoids and other innovative ingredients 
  • You translate the strategic goals into operative plans, and targets into tasks in order to attain the overall brands OKRs  
  • You work hands-on and collaboratively on all topics across the verticals and are responsible for the coordination of functional teams to achieve brand development
  • You are a strong sparring partner to the project owners, give guidance where needed and define tasks together with the team members following and evolving our agile way of working
  • You oversee and are responsible for the budget, overall timelines and milestones 
  • You bring in new and innovative ideas to the further brand- and product development and look for opportunities to grow and scale


  • You can identify yourself with our mission to revolutionize the European cannabis market and want to make your contribution

  • You have proven experience in a managerial position (eg. in a product or marketing related role) working with cross-functional teams in an agile environment
  • You have been part of a fast growing company and extensive experience in e-commerce, direct-to-consumer businesses and strong consumer brands on the european market
  • You are a generalist interested in all areas of the business while at the same time being hands-on and willing to do tasks yourself when there are limited resources
  • You bring in entrepreneurial spirit and an agile mindset
  • Your organisational skills are excellent and you easily oversee and hold all strings of projects together
  • You have excellent communication, interpersonal and presentation skills and convince colleagues with natural authority
  • You have outstanding analytical and problem-solving abilities
