The Sanity Group and its subsidiaries operate internationally in the areas of cannabidiol and medicinal cannabis. We believe that everybody deserves to live a healthy life. We are currently looking for an Art Director who is responsible for the creative development of all Sanity Group Brands (Sanity Group, Vayamed, VAAY, Belfry Medical etc): 


  • You will focus on classic brand design, digital design (UI experience is a plus!) and offline design (OOH, TV Advertising, advertising materials)
  • You will be the “brand authority” of all of Sanity Group’s brands and will guide the designers and the agencies we work with according to defined brand principles
  • You will be the “brand police” by making sure that all brands are very consistent in their visual communication and constantly provide feedback to the team / external agencies
  • You enjoy leading brainstorming/creative sessions to generate ideas
  • You will take on responsibility for the quality and completion of all work projects assigned to members of the creative team
  • You will lead the design team and prioritize their tasks on a day-to-day level while also still being on the ground and design hands-on yourself
  • You will work closely with the business and brand owners of the different brands who are responsible for topics like Marketing & Media, Operations, Business Development, Sales and Product Development
  • You will work closely together with the Lead Copywriter who is leading the content and SEO team and is responsible for the tone and voice – which goes hand in hand with the visual identity



  • You have 4-6 years experience as a senior designer and art director and worked for a wide range of sectors, ideally for lifestyle B2C or consumer goods 
  • You have excellent working knowledge of software such as Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign etc. and you are still hands-on and enjoy designing yourself
  • You do not hesitate to manage and lead people, also from an organizational and prioritization perspective
  • You have no problems discussing design guidelines on eye-level with prestigious design agencies
  • You do not hesitate to pick up the phone and call partners like printing companies directly
  • You can identify yourself with our mission to revolutionize the European cannabis market and want to make your contribution

  • You are used to working with cross-functional teams in an agile environment
  • You have been part of a fast growing company and extensive experience in e-commerce, direct-to-consumer businesses and strong consumer brands on the european market

  • Your organisational and leadership skills are excellent
  • You have excellent communication, interpersonal and presentation skills
