Sanity Group and its subsidiaries operate internationally in the areas of cannabidiol and medicinal cannabis. We believe that everybody deserves to live a healthy life. As research progresses and the health benefits of cannabis become widely-known, our purpose is to develop new cannabis-based pharmaceuticals & wellbeing products and to build the infrastructure to make them readily accessible and available to everyone, thus helping people living a healthier life.

We are currently searching for a motivated CRO Manager that is responsible for the conversion rate optimization of Sanity Group and our subsidiaries VAAY, Vayamed and Belfry Medical: 

YOUR TERRAIN

  • You collaborate with different departments and stakeholders (Tech, SEO, Paid Marketing Channels, Content, Design) to ensure a consistent content and user experience and to optimize each conversion path throughout the different online user journeys on our websites and landing pages
  • You analyze and synthesize data to understand how our target groups navigate our websites and and you identify opportunities for growth and scale 
  • You create hypotheses, set up test-roadmaps and conduct A/B tests to continuously optimize the UX ensuring adherence to relevant KPIs 
  • You ensure that all test results are documented and visually prepared, discuss your findings with all relevant stakeholders and derive recommendations for new and innovative ideas to further improve website and content development

HOW YOU CONVINCE US

  • You have proven experience in UX, website and content analytics and optimization ideally in a fast growing and agile environment
  • You have a data driven approach making decisionsYou have experience in setting up and conducting A/B test for website optimization
  • You have an understanding of SEO, SEM, and inbound marketing best practices
  • You are used to work with common web analytics (e.g. Google Analytics), Testing tools /eg. Optimizely) and SEO tools (e.g. Searchmetrics)
  • Your organisational skills are excellent and you easily oversee and hold all strings of projects together
  • You have outstanding analytical and problem-solving abilities
  • You have excellent communication, interpersonal and presentation skills 
  • You are fluent in English and possess a good German  knowledge
