BELFRY MEDICAL, a company part of the Sanity Group, focuses on the development and appliance of innovative technologies for the medicinal cannabis market. Belfry´s technologies include unique medical devices as well as digital health applications. Belfry’s team of experts is committed to deliver hi-tech solutions for patients, physicians, and pharmacists - always complying to the highest quality, safety and delivery standards. The overall goal of Belfry is to allow the safe consumption of medicinal cannabis by providing safe and reliable medical systems, while generating valuable information for continuously improving on-going therapies.

We are currently searching for a purpose driven innovator who can support our growth by successfully managing the development of our unique digital health applications: 


  • You gather research insights, translate them into feature ideas and cut them into vertical slices that not only make sense for our patients, doctors and pharmacies but also for our business.
  • You keep track of the success of the product and draw conclusions for product development strategy.
  • You accompany the Product Through all phases from initial launch to new feature sand expansion into new markets
  • You advocate for efficient communication frameworks and proper documentation
  • You create personas, journeys and wireframes to effectively communicate concepts.
  • You develop feature lists, user stories, and roadmaps and maintain them.
  • You monitor and report on product KPIs.
  • You generate and use quantitative and qualitative customer research and data analysis to drive product decisions and direction.


  • You gained a couple of years of experience as a Product Manager or in a similar role.
  • You have already gained initial management experience and know your way around the healthcare market
  • Strategic, data driven mindset and a bias for action
  • You have high quality standards as well as an accurate way of working in industry standard tools: Atlassian Suite, Google Suite, Figma, Miro, Slack etc.
  • You excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • You're Fluent In German and English
