  • Please submit your application documents online through our career page or by following the instructions in the job posting. We don’t accept applications by mail, as we’re a paperless company committed to keeping our planet green. For privacy reasons, we also cannot accept applications via email.

Don’t worry if you don’t match the job description 100%, we’re looking for people who want to learn, grow and bring curiosity to the table. Make sure to read the job description carefully, it’s your cheat sheet for what we’re looking for.

    Once you’ve found your match, get your documents ready. Your CV is perfectly fine, but we’d love to hear a bit more about you through a short mini pitch answering the questions listed in the job description. This helps us get to know your skills, mindset, and motivation even better.

We’re of course looking for candidates whose experience fits the role, but we don’t expect you to match every single requirement. What matters just as much is your drive, your willingness to learn and how you fit in with our culture.     In your resume and/or cover letter, describe what you actually did in previous role(s) or projects, your responsibilities, impact and achievements. Clear examples help us understand your potential and how you might grow with us.

  • Our People & Culture Team reviews your application documents together with the respective department. If you are not hired, we will delete your documents in compliance with data protection regulations after six months.

  • There’s no limit to how many roles you can apply for. Just make sure to choose positions that align with your interests, skills and experience a careful read of the job description will help you find the best fit.

  • Yes. However, this only applies to positions in our retail locations for the pilotprojects. Before signing the contract for these roles, you will need to submit a police clearance certificate issued by your local police service or the Federal Office of Justice, dated within the last three months. Please note that Sanity Group does not cover the cost of obtaining the certificate.

  • Our Hiring Team will review your documents as quickly as possible. We usually need up to two weeks to check everything individually. In some cases, the process may take a bit longer due to a high volume of applications, changes in team availability, or other unforeseen reasons. We’ll keep you updated on the status of your application and inform you promptly about any changes during the recruitment process.
