Sanity Group’s mission is to improve people's quality of life in Europe through the meaningful use of cannabinoids. We believe that nature still has a lot of untapped potential that can contribute to a healthier life for many people. In addition to pharmaceuticals, we are also focussing on cannabinoid-based wellbeing and cosmetic products. At the same time, the Sanity Group is researching new medical products, innovative dosage forms and technological products to further develop the infrastructure.
Help us to unlock the full potential of the cannabis plant and its components and make it usable for people.
As a Junior Project Manager you will play a key role in building our clinic network across Poland from the ground up. Starting with the opening of our first clinic in Warsaw in September, you will be hands-on for the first two months to shape day-to-day operations, before growing into a full Project Manager role coordinating the rollout across the country. If you're excited about building operational structures from scratch and want to grow with a fast-moving expansion, this role is for you.
Let us start by saying: Even if you do not fulfil 100% of the following requirements or some topics are new to you - please apply anyway! We are looking forward to your willingness to learn and your enthusiasm and are already excited to hear from you!
YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
Support in setting up and opening new clinics - from finding suitable doctors and clinic partners to establishing fully operational sites
Coordinate all legal work related to clinic setup, in close collaboration
Kick off the first clinic in Warsaw (opening scheduled for September): be on site for the first ~2 months to fully understand and shape operational procedures
Provide hands-on support across all tasks related to clinic openings – from site selection and vendor coordination to onboarding local staff
Progressively take ownership of the multi-clinic rollout and its coordination across markets
WHAT YOU BRING TO THE TABLE
Native Polish and fluent English – both required, as you'll bridge local operations and cross-border coordination
First hands-on experience through a working student role, internship, or side project – ideally in operations, project management, business development, or community management
Highly structured and organized – you keep track of many moving parts and drive them forward consistently
Ownership mindset – you take initiative, close open loops, and don't wait for someone to hand you the next task
Entrepreneurial energy – you get excited about building something from zero, not managing what already exists
Hands-on mentality – comfortable rolling up your sleeves, working on-site, and handling operational details while also thinking strategically
Comfortable with ambiguity – early-stage projects rarely have a clear playbook; you're excited about creating it as you go
Strong communication skills – you work with doctors, clinic staff, legal partners, and internal teams in a clear, respectful, and pragmatic way
Willing to be on-site in Warsaw for the first ~2 months to build the operational foundation from the ground up

YOUR WAY TO US

A 30 min video call with someone from our People Team to talk about the position, your expectations and questions.
A 60min video call with Hanna (Head of Poland Expansion) to do a DeepDive and talk in detail about the position and the interfaces.
Important: We are committed to equal opportunities and welcome everyone. If you need any adjustments to the application process, please let us know at any time.
While people from traditionally marginalised groups tend to apply only if they meet all the criteria, studies show that men are more likely to apply for a job if they meet at least 60% of the required criteria. So if you think you have the necessary qualifications and skills, but don't fulfil every single one of the above requirements, we encourage you to get in touch with us anyway. We would be happy to have a chat with you and see if you have the potential to fill the position.
SOUNDS GOOD? Then send us your application. We look forward to hearing from you!
