Your Seeding Week
During your first week at Sanity, you’ll plant the seeds for your success. Our Seeding Week is designed to give you a strong foundation through a series of onboarding sessions. You’ll get to know our unique culture, key company insights, and our diverse brands. Plus, you’ll gain a solid understanding of both the adult-use and medical sides of cannabis. It’s the perfect start to help you grow with us.
Your Seeding Week Timeline
This timeline is based on a schedule starting from the 1st of each month. Sometimes this timeline can variate due to presenters being ill or on vacation.
Our Tools
To keep our workflows smooth and efficient, we rely on a set of carefully selected tools. These tools form the backbone of how we collaborate, communicate, and get things done across all teams at Sanity.
In this overview, you’ll get to know the core platforms we use every day – and how they help us stay connected, organized, and productive.

Okta: Okta is our web-based identity management tool that keeps your digital access safe and simple. It allows you to manage your user identity and store all your login credentials in one secure place – so you can access the tools you need without the hassle.
Personio: Personio is the go-to platform for all things People & Culture. From managing your personal data to handling vacation requests and sick days, Personio helps us keep everything HR-related organized and transparent.
Notion: At Sanity, we’ve brought everything together in Notion – our central hub for project management, knowledge sharing, and team collaboration. Whether you're planning projects, organizing daily tasks in an agile-friendly way, or documenting important processes and insights – Notion keeps it all in one place. It helps us make knowledge visible, avoid silos, and ensures that everyone can contribute, access, and grow from shared information.
TeamTailor: At Sanity, we use TeamTailor to manage our recruiting processes and employee referrals. As our Applicant Tracking System (ATS), it helps us attract, engage, and hire top talent. TeamTailor also enables seamless collaboration and evaluation with our hiring teams – keeping the entire recruitment journey transparent and efficient.
These tools represent our general company tools. However, these may vary depending on the position and team and/or there may be more specific tools for you.

How we work
We want to enable our employees to work according to their own rules and conditions. Therefore our employees can work on their own schedule. To ensure that our employees are available, our core working hours are 10 am to 4 pm everyday. Should you ever have an important appointment during the core working time, there is no problem for you to attend it, as long as you keep your team informed about your absence.
You can choose if you work from home or at our offices. Furthermore, we provide our employees with different (working) methods and strategies in order to achieve their personal goals, their teams’ goals and also the company goals as transparently and efficiently as possible.
We value an honest and genuine feedback culture. Therefore all our employees have a monthly alignment session with their manager during their probationary period, to align on their expectations and give each other feedback.
