Continuous learning is so important and one of our core values because stagnation means a step backwards. Lunch & Learn sessions with internal or external speakers invite everyone into learning about various new topics.
To facilitate individual learning processes, we created a “fail fast” environment, where we encourage to communicate mistakes openly and view them as a future learning opportunity.
After Work & Social Activities
Especially since the start of COVID, the value of shared moments with colleagues has become painfully obvious. Therefore, we prioritize finding ways to still spend quality time together in a responsible framework: Digital Bingo sessions can bring our colleagues closer together but we clearly prefer physical get togethers in our “party” basement with the obligatory foosball table amongst other games. But don’t worry, being a foosball champion is not a hiring criteria - there’s plenty of time to learn ;)

Sustainability
We care about our environment and want to be mindful about sustainability. This is why we started to rethink our business processes and implemented first initiatives such as sustainable packaging of our products, waste separation, reduction of print-outs, introduction of water dispensers and making sure that we are buying fair trade and environmentally friendly coffee, milk, fruits, gifts and clothing. We try to limit our business trips and avoid domestic flights. We know that there is still a long way to go, but we want to take responsibility and continuously improve and extend these measures whenever possible.
