In the heart of Berlin, a remodeled three story building is our HQ that collectively houses the various brands that belong to the Sanity Family. Instead of spreading out over multiple office buildings, we wanted to situate everyone in close proximity to emphasize the ONE COMPANY idea, even though we serve different sectors of the cannabis market.

In creating our office space, we valued the integration of different focus, collaboration and recreational areas into the open-plan layout of the office in order to create a productive, yet social environment. While the use of certain spaces legally has to be reserved to our medical teams, we still enjoy a lot of cross-departmental and -organizational exchange due to not having fixed seating arrangements and, of course, crossing paths with everyone in the recreational spaces. We strive to learn from and be in exchange with each other.

One of our branches, Sanity Science, which is responsible for the extraction of valuable oils from the cannabis plant, is located somewhere else: in the heart of the Rhine-Main-Region. This is due to the different requirements that come with setting up this kind of research and production facility.

Having started from scratch in an old winery, it’s been an interesting project to transform this historical building into a facility with state of the art technology, such as a sterile room, a modern analytics lab and an effective production line. Here in Hochheim, we are a close-knit team of scientists and operators who share the passion of creating something revolutionary. Despite the geographical distance, we maintain frequent contact via various virtual channels, company-wide events and in-person visits.
