Agile Working
Agile working is about bringing people, processes, connectivity and technology, time and place together to find the most appropriate and effective way of working to carry out a particular task. While others believe it to be all about an accumulation of work-methods, we believe at Sanity that the most crucial and starting point is understanding and living the mindset. It is a mindset that welcomes uncertainty, embraces challenges, empowers individuals, and views failure as learning opportunities.

Development & Alignments
We want to give all our employees the chance to develop their skills and further their knowledge doing their work at Sanity Group. Therefore we decided to organize training on an individual basis upon request. The need for further education should be discussed and defined during the alignment sessions each employee has with their supervisor.
During the first six month of the employment relationship, employees align on a monthly basis with their supervisor. These alignments focus on reviewing how tasks match expectations of the job, skills matching the job and giving feedback on general criteria.
After passing the probationary period you will align with your supervisor on a quarterly basis. During these alignments, we want to evaluate expectations. The focus is on mutual alignment and not mere feedback. These sessions are supposed to be a method for personal goal setting and problem-solving.
By ensuring that employees and supervisors speak on a regular basis we not only want to ensure a long-term oriented career planning, but also a platform to exchange honest feedback and expectations from day one of your start at Sanity.

Objective Key Results (OKRs)
OKRs, Objectives and Key Results, is a simple goal setting framework that helps an organization achieve goals by building specific and measurable actions as well as communicating and monitoring progress toward them.
Objectives define the way we want to go. They are short and inspirational and should be ambitious. We typically create three to five high-level objectives per quarter. While choosing the right objective is one of the most challenging aspects of this practice, when you do it correctly you’ll be able to tell if you have reached the objective.
Key Results are the deliverables that we define for each objective, to measure the progress towards achieving that goal. Each objective ideally should have two to five measurable key results.

Our Buddy Programm
We’ve all been there. It’s your first day at a new job and it’s a mix of excitement, (positive) stress and nervousness at the same time.
We have created the Buddy Programm to make your start at Sanity as smooth as possible. Your buddy is your first point of contact to answer any questions that pop up during your first weeks with us and will introduce you to our culture, company rituals and job role expectations.
On your first day, you will receive an E-Mail introducing you to your Buddyand ideally he/she/they will reach out to you during your first week to schedule a first Coffee or Lunch Date.
